Drawing on my own life experience, I have a particular interest in supporting high achieving professionals and Muslims navigating the challenges of shame, secrecy, identity and faith. I am passionate about creating a safe space where those affected can explore change with compassion and practical support.Outside my professional work, I volunteer as a business advisor to a recovery charity - Kennedy Street Recovery and also act as a mentor to students at the University of Brighton. Being able to use my experience to help others grow, overcome challenges and realise their potential is a meaningful part of my life and is at the heart of what I do.

Sober Coaching

My Story

As a British-born Pakistani Muslim with 30 years in the corporate world, I know the weight of faith, family and silence because I have lived with it. I can share more when we speak, but for now, please know that I get it. You don't have to explain yourself, or impress me or pretend that everything is fine. You don't need to have it all worked out before reaching out to me, you don't need to justify yourself, you will not be judged. It's not your fault.I've got you.Today, as a certified sober coach, I draw on both professional training and lived experience to support people seeking a healthier, alcohol-free life. I will coach you through your own journey with honesty, compassion and complete confidentiality. If you are carrying a private struggle with alcohol and feel unable to talk about it openly, you have come to the right place.
